In June, Noberto was driving a pickup truck into oncoming traffic on Interstate 15 near the Las Vegas motor speedway when he crashed into a truck. The child, Brandon Martinez, died at the scene. Public health officials recommend parents of young children, the elderly and high-risk groups like recreational drug users and unhoused people should keep an eye on warnings.
