He and his wife 30-year-old Claudia Guzman-Marquez face theft, burglary, and other charges. On Thursday a judge ordered that they be released from custody with electronic monitoring. Prosecutors say Chavez admitted he and his wife conspired with a third party in California to defraud stores and credit card companies.
