小谷 正一（こたに まさかず、1912年7月31日 – 1992年8月8日）は、日本のイベントプロデューサー。
小谷正一は「年越しの名刺を持たない男」といわれたように、一つの仕事を成し遂げると未練なく次の会社で仕事に取り組むというスタイルを貫いた人だ。
時代の過渡期に巡り会って縦横に仕事ができた幸運をうらやましがった後輩に向けて語ったのが冒頭の言葉である。そう、いつだって時代は曲がり角にあるし、いつだって過渡期なのだ。遅れてきた青年などはいない。真白いキャンパスに自由に絵を描こう。
