ユル・ブリンナー（Yul Brynner, 1920年7月11日 – 1985年10月10日）はロシアのウラジオストク出身の俳優である。
高校時代、校内新聞に「髪を伸ばすより頭を伸ばせ」という言葉が載ったことを思い出した。私の通った高校はぼうず頭が普通だった当時としては珍しく長髪をゆるす自由な校風だった。ぼうずか長髪かという議論があったが、ある女高生がこの言葉を載せて、感心したことがある。外見ではない、頭の中身が肝心だというこの言葉が、あの見事なはげ頭のユル・ブリンナーからでると、ユーモラスで思わず笑みがこぼれる。
