63: Defining your sexual KPIs: A framework for relationship intimacy

In this short and sweet episode, I explore the concept of defining your sexual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how it can enhance intimacy in your relationship. The idea originated from a group coaching session in the Slut Academy course and offers a fun and useful mindset framework for sexual fulfilment. By setting measurable metrics and tracking progress, couples can open the door for non-judgmental conversations about desires, needs, and compromises in a relationship and improve their sexual connection.
