成瀬 仁蔵（なるせ じんぞう、1858年8月2日（安政5年6月23日） – 1919年（大正8年）3月4日）は、明治から大正のキリスト教牧師（プロテスタント）であり、日本における女子高等教育の開拓者の1人であり、日本女子大学（日本女子大学校）の創設者として知られる。
行うことは少なく、語ること多く、聴くことはしない。そういう人にはなりたくないものだ。大学の創設者・成瀬仁蔵のこの言葉を肝に命じたい。
