小田 実（おだ まこと、1932年（昭和7年）6月2日 – 2007年（平成19年）7月30日）は、日本の作家・政治運動家。体験記『何でも見てやろう』で一躍有名になった。日本に多い私小説を批判し、全体小説を目指した。
二つ上の同志であった小中陽太郎は「この男には世界大の題材を摑み取るエネルギーとマイノリティにこだわる人生観の両面があった」と著書で語っている。もちろん世界と一人で対峙する魅力もあるが、等身大の小さな人間としての視点で動き、人々を巻き込んでいく姿も魅力的だった。そうだ、偉そうなことをいっても、人間は皆チョボチョボなんだ。小田実が言うと共感が湧き、何か可笑しい。肩の力を抜こう。
