大平 正芳（おおひら まさよし、1910年（明治43年）3月12日 – 1980年（昭和55年）6月12日）は、日本の大蔵官僚､政治家。
大平は大向こうをうならせるような言葉は吐かない。一歩一歩少しずつ着実に歩を進める。一挙の改革では無く小さな改善を継続する。そうすると万里を超えて、大洋に届くというのが信条であった。そして反対派は大きく飲み込み解毒し消化するという大いなる妥協の精神。この大平の生き方、考え方が、本来の保守の姿である。
