Alla fine dell’800 in quel sito sorgeva il prestigioso Villino Servadio, ma negli anni 50 del ‘900 la potente Federazione Italiana dei Consorzi Agrari decise di costruire la sua sede in stile razionalista, unendo arte e architettura.
