高山 彦九郎（たかやま ひこくろう、延享4年5月8日（1747年6月15日） – 寛政5年6月28日（1793年8月4日））は、江戸時代後期の尊皇思想家である。
細井平洲を師と仰ぐ高山彦九郎は、足利幕府以来の武断政治を仮の姿とし、朝廷による文治政治が日本本来の政治の姿であるとの確信を持っていた。そのことは徳川幕府に対する疑念となる。それは反幕の思想であった。この考え方は日本国内に深く浸透し「尊王攘夷」という思想を生んだ。高山彦九郎は冒頭の歌のとおりに生き、そして死んだ。その屍（しかばね）を乗り越えて、明治維新が成った。
