塙 保己一（はなわ ほきいち、延享3年5月5日（1746年6月23日) – 文政4年9月12日（1821年10月7日））は、江戸時代の国学者。『群書類従』『続群書類従』の編纂者である。総検校。贈正四位。15歳で江戸に出て、衆分、29歳勾当、37歳検校、75歳総検校に進む。
塙保己一は本を人に読んでもらってそれをすべて覚えていたという。夜に講義をしているときに「目あきというのは不自由なものじゃ」と言ったいいう逸話も残っている。塙保己一は、身の不幸を嘆き自殺を考えたが、命の限り励めば、出来ないことはないと思い直し、盲目の身でハンディをものともせず大事業を完成させたのである。
