柴 五郎（しば ごろう、1860年6月21日（万延元年5月3日） – 1945年（昭和20年）12月13日）は、日本の陸軍軍人。軍事参議官・台湾軍司令官・東京衛戍総督・第12師団長を歴任し、階級は陸軍大将勲一等功二級に至る。
北清事変で、見事な指揮ぶりと高潔な人格で各国の尊敬を集めた柴五郎の活躍によって、英国はこのような素晴らしい軍隊を持つ日本と同盟を結ぶ。日英同盟の親とも言うべき人物だ。柴五郎は中国をよく研究していた。その柴五郎は中国を敵とせずに、友とせよと述べている。耳を傾けよう。
