吉岡 彌生（よしおか やよい、1871年4月29日（明治4年3月10日） – 1959年（昭和34年）5月22日）は、日本の教育者、医師。
吉田松陰は「至誠にして動かざるものは、未だこれ有らざるなり。」と言ったが、吉岡弥生は、松陰の言そのままに、「女子教育」という志を胸に、人生の初めから終わりまでまごころを捧げ続けたのである。
