So of course, we got to take a look at that. I made a prediction because I drew some lines. We're going to take a look at that. Bitcoin has gone parabolic four out of four times when this one indicator flash. That's right. There's one indicator. One of the craziest things I've ever seen in Bitcoin 100K by the end of the year. This is not actual Bitcoin, right? Like essentially what happens is that you move your Bitcoin onto the liquid network. And then they mint these other tokens. And there are, what is it, 15 validators of which 11 of them had to sign. Yeah, so anyways, it's a side chain. Some people call it a level, a layer two, call it whatever you want. It's not Bitcoin. It's a shit coin. But anyways, let's say I know some people don't like to hear that because Samsung now block stream and everybody loves their hope-yum dealers, right? Nobody wants to be mean to the hope-yum dealers. They make the price go up, right? And so, it's apparently, so it appears that the hackers created a valid six-input confidential liquid BTC transaction that registered as a valid 3,998 Bitcoin peg out transaction, which the HSM functionaries then

7:09signed as a valid move of Bitcoin onto the chain. Okay. So for the people who don't know what an HSM is, the HSM functionaries are the specialized devices run by a subset of the liquid federation. When they're saying specialized devices, they're talking about signing devices, right? Like, technically, where is it? Where's my, do it yourself, specter? This is an HSM. So, I love how we all make it sound so fancy, huh? It's just so fancy. We're so, so clever. We're such clever people. Anyways, all right. So, here's the perspective from the liquid network. Well, I shouldn't say as soon as this happened, but several hours later. What we know so far is that the funds were withdrawn via the side swap peg out authorization key. So it sounds like they spoofed this, right? It sounds like they created a fake transaction. Anyways, but the key was not compromised nor were any others. Fun safe, guys.

8:09You funds are safe. It's okay. Nobody uses liquid anyways. That was almost a Freudian slip. I was going to say nobody uses lightning, but that's not true. That's not true at all. Anyways, exchanges have been notified and have already paused or will pause LBTC deposits and withdrawals guys. Keep in mind this was all happening yesterday in real time. Other liquid assets such as USDT, D picks and real world assets. In other words, shit coins that pretend to be linked to things in the real world are unaffected by this security incident. Bridge nodes have been temporarily disabled. So no new transactions can be submitted to the network. Effectively, the liquid side chain is paused. Until the issue was resolved. Yeah, of course it is. Anyways, liquid wallets will be impacted. They were and we're sorry for any inconvenience. I'm sure you are federation members are actively working on resolving this so we can restore normal network activity. Yeah, they did get swiped. They got swapped. Got swiped and swapped.
