福原 有信（ふくはら ありのぶ、嘉永元年4月8日（1848年5月10日） – 大正13年（1924年）3月30日）は、第3代日本薬剤師会会長であり、1872年に資生堂の前身である調剤薬局を銀座に開き、1897年には化粧品を発売した、資生堂の創業者である。
「随所作主」（随所に主となる）を信条とした福原は、新商品の化粧品の分野に50歳で挑戦を開始する。これが現在の資生堂につながっていく。福原有信は、医学、薬学、化粧品というように自分の進むべき道を選びとり、大きく育てる基礎を築き、この分野の主となった。
