坂上 二郎（さかがみ じろう、1934年4月16日 – 2011年3月10日）、は、日本のコメディアン、俳優、歌手。通称「二郎さん」。
一世を風靡したコント55号。萩本欽一は台本を無視して無理難題をふっかけるが、坂上はそれをすべてクリヤーし笑いを誘う。その芸は見事だった。最高の受け役だった。坂上二郎さんは、歌手を目指して上京し、さまざまな職業を経験、キャバレーの営業等で食いつないでいた。1966年にコント５５号でようやく表舞台に立った。その二郎さんがいう「夢」の言葉には説得力がある。
