3941 Organize Your Space to Make Room for Action

About this episode

Nothing fuels ambition quite like setting out on a bold adventure toward your goals and dreams. You've got big plans, and the vision of where you want to go is crystal clear. But here's the truth: dreaming alone won't get you there. To climb that peak, you need a launching pad — and that starts when you organize your space to make room for action.

Think about it. If all you ever did was sit back, waiting for success or opportunity to arrive without effort, how far would you get?

Spoiler Alert: Not very far. Action isn't just a step along the way; it's the engine that drives everything forward.

Right now, we're in that magic window—call it the season of resets, New Year's resolutions, or fresh starts—where you get to hit the refresh button.

This is your chance to lay the groundwork for daily routines and rhythms that set you up for consistent execution throughout the year.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Organize your space to make room for action!

But it requires intentionality. Chaos and clutter don't just take up physical space—they hijack your mental bandwidth, distract your focus, and stall your momentum. Organizing your environment isn't about obsessing over neatness; it's about crafting a space that fuels decisive action.

Here's the game plan: Take A.I.M.

  • Action ignites motivation.
  • Intentionality sharpens your focus.
  • Momentum carries you past resistance.

Start small. Clear your desk, declutter your digital files, or designate a specific corner for your side hustle.

"When your space reflects your priorities, it sends a powerful signal to your brain: This is where work gets done, where ideas turn into results." ~ Kristianne Wargo

Remember, organization is only the first move. It makes room for action by removing obstacles. But you still have to step forward. No miracle will arrive if you stay stuck behind a pile of half-finished to-do lists or distractions.

So stop waiting. Reset your environment. Set your sights on what matters and make space for the daily grind that moves your dreams from thinking to becoming.

Because when you organize your space to make room for action, you're not just tidying up—you're building the launchpad for everything to follow.

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

It's hard to believe that, you know, we just keep moving faster and faster, and I just want to slow things down. How about you? So today, it's all about inspiration, motivation, organize your space to make room for action. For those of your brand new to Create Your Now, welcome to this incredible family. I'm so delighted of your presence. If you already haven't had the opportunity, you want to head on over to CreatureNow.com, where you can learn more and sign up for the Kisses newsletter. To keep it simple strategy, everyday solutions, to live, love, and impact. Well, as you know, we are on pray.com every single Tuesday, 11.30 a.m. Eastern, 10.30 a.m. Central,

and 8.30 a.m. Pacific, where you can catch our TV show. Now, we are in the works. I promise you I've been saying that I feel like for months now, but you know what life does happen. And I appreciate you giving me the grace. And that's kind of what we're talking about here, right? A fresh restart. And so we are in the process of being able to make the TV show available right on our website. We're changing some things up. And I'm working with our team who I've brought on. They are wonderful. I mean, shout out to Katie and Bruno and all of them. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Hugs go out to you. I just, you guys are incredible. But in all honesty, it takes time. And the team that you're looking at, well, you hear as me. And the TV show, my son is the one who's behind the camera. And I do all the editing and everything. And I think people think, oh, Kristian, wow, you know, you got all these people. I'm like, yeah, no, I don't. You have a family, my family. That's a large family. You know, five kids, two grandbabies. And so we've got nine guaranteed people. And we've got a couple of my babies that are dating.

And you know, it's so we grow in that respect. But the ones who are actually doing the work for Creature now, no, you're hearing her right now. And then of course, my son who is only behind the scenes. But he's there. And then my mom, who's the chief operating officer for Inspiration, she is, she's our chief inspiration officer. Actually, I think it's her title. And so as we begin to move into this new year, we're going to be facilitating a new website. Why? Because I want to make things easy for you. I want you to be able to find things. I don't want you to have to search out things. I want you to be able to come and have conversation with me, with people that you meet. When we have our PJ parties, I want things to be able to be found, right? And I don't want you to have to be bombarded with all these advertisements. Been in all of that. I tell you, we've got to organize our space to make room for action. And that takes time. And so today, I really want to inspire you, because nothing feels ambition quite like setting out

on a bold adventure towards your goals and dreams. And you've probably had that feeling, oh, man, this is going to be an awesome year. And maybe you thought about that last year. Now we're moving into this year. So I don't want you to go back in the past, but maybe going back in the past, made you realize that I didn't get everything then that I wanted. But now that you're here to create your now, you've got those big plans and the vision of where you want to go is crystal clear. You know where you're hanging out, right? You know where you want to take people. You know the goals that you have, but here's the truth. Dreaming alone won't get you there. To climb that peak, you need a launching pad. And that starts when you organize your space to make room for action. And that's what we're trying to do here at Creature Now. And I'm hopeful that you're going to be doing that in your own space. I'm not saying you need a website or anything. I mean, if you're building a new business, you probably need a website, right? You need a home where people can come to and learn about you. But if that's not you, that's fine. That's not what we're talking about here, right? It's about organizing where you are.

Because think about it. If all you ever did was just sit back, waiting for success or opportunity to arrive without any effort, how far would you get? Huh, small alert, not very far. You're just not. Action isn't just a step along the way. It's the engine that drives everything forward. Let me say that again. Because actually when I see that out loud, I was like, oh, that was a good one, Christian. See, even I surprise myself at times. You see, I make notes, but I don't write everything out. It just kind of comes to me. Action isn't just a step along the way. It's the engine that drives everything forward. And right now, you're in that magic window, right? Call it the season of resets, New Year's resolutions or fresh starts, whatever it is for you, whatever, just like clicks in your mind, like yes, yes. This is your opportunity because you get to hit the refresh button. This is your chance to lay the groundwork for daily routines and rhythms that sets you up for consistent execution throughout your year.

You just set yourself up for success, not for failure. And that comes when you organize your space to make room for action. It's all about that intentionality because that's really what it requires. Chaos and clutter don't just take up physical space. They hijack your mental bandwidth. Go and listen to our episode from yesterday, right? Toss out the thoughts and doubts that hold you back. If you didn't listen to that, go back. I encourage you to because this physical space is not what we're just talking about. It's about the mental space, too. And when they hijack your mental bandwidth, it distracts your focus and it's tall as your momentum. You just don't think you can, right? You're no longer, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, you're like, I know I can't, I know I can't, I know I can't. That's not the little engine that could, right? That's what you want to be. Organizing your environment isn't about obsessing over neatness. It's about crafting a space that fuels decisive action.

And let me tell you, me personally, I'm being very intentional. I have been before, but I gotta tell ya, I'm traveling this week and so I'm being, I'm being oh so intentional about what I'm recording, when I'm recording, I am at a conference for an entire week down in Florida. And so it's wonderful, I get to meet with my mastermind whom I truly love, we do life together, and then I get to meet people around the globe. And one thing we have in common is about sharing something that is very fond to us through podcasting. Now that shows up differently, right? We could be a speaker, we could be a writer, we could be an author, whatever it is, but we have this fine little goal. And in reality, we also get to honor my good friend, mentor, coach, and most importantly, he's my friend, it's my brother in Christ, Dan Miller.

He's being welcomed into the podcast, Hall of Fame. And Dave Ramsey is gonna welcome him into the Hall of Fame. It's pretty incredible what he's done for 48 days of life and work you love. If you don't know it, go look it up, it might be just what you need to hear. But it's one of these things where I'm being very intentional, Dan was very intentional about what he did. And so when you begin to craft this space that fuels the size of action, things begin to shift. And that requires you to take aim, right? Action at night's motivation. That intentionality sharpens your focus in the momentum carries you past resistance because you're gonna hit a brick wall, not just once or twice, but maybe like 200 times. And it's gonna be like, oh my goodness, why am I still doing this? Because you know, you know that you know, you're supposed to do it. So regardless of what comes up for you today, when tomorrow now becomes today, right?

Because we're always looking forward to tomorrow, but what you do today impacts tomorrow. So do today be present ever so present and take aim today. Start small, clear your desk, declutter your digital files, right? I need to be taking about 50 to 60 different files and sending them up to Dropbox on this cloud, so I can open up some desk space because you see, oh, I talk a lot. So I have a lot of things on my computer, a lot of things that are saved and I just need to empty that out. I need to designate a corner for that kind of stuff to go to, what about you? Maybe you need to do some physical filing. Maybe you need to get ready for taxes. Maybe you're sitting there going, gosh, I gotta write this book and I gotta organize myself a little bit more just my thoughts. What does that look like? Maybe you want to journal this year and you want to get more into God's word. What does that look like? How do you go about organizing those thoughts? Maybe you're deciding to take it to the next level

and you want to attend three Bible studies over the course of this year, but you want to do then just like, oh, I can't just show up, I'm just going to talk and I'm going to be the one that sits in the back of the room. No, no, no, I want to participate because I want to dive deeper. I want stuff in my heart to go deeper. So what does that look like for you? How can you organize your space to make room for action? When your space reflects your priorities, it sends a powerful signal to your brain. This is where work gets done, where ideas turn into results. And that's what we need to be looking at. The ideas that turn into results. See those ideas are the dreams, right? But if you want to take those dreams and see them come true, you got to get results. Remember, organization is only the first move. It does make room for action by removing the obstacles, right? Organization removes obstacles. That's just short story.

But you still have to step forward. No miracle will arrive if you stay stuck behind a pile of half finished to do lists or distractions. It's not about looking backwards and saying, oh, man, I'm just not good enough. I wasn't good enough last year. Didn't do what I was supposed to do. Man, I'm getting older and I'm moving slower. And this is just, no, no. So you hang out in the wrong corner with the wrong people in the wrong mindset to stop waiting. Reset your environment. You get to set your landscape, what it looks like, what you plant, what you want to water, what you want to fertilize, what you want to see grow. Set your sights on what matters and make space for the daily grind that moves your dreams from thinking to becoming. Because this is about who you are and who you are becoming. I know God's got big plans for you. You don't have to fall short unless if you decide to do so.

I'm not saying you're not gonna fall. I didn't say that, but you don't have to be here next year going, gosh, what if, leave the what ifs behind, bury them no more. Because when you organize your space to make room for action, you're not just tidying up. I mean, it does look nice, right? If it's a physical presence, it feels good in your head and in your heart, you just have that, oh, right, that freedom in your body, like, yes, I can do this. But you're not just tidying up, you're building the launch pad for everything to follow. But God has placed in your heart and your soul. So you can go out and impact the world that you touch. Go in peace. Be present. Be incredible. Be you. I love you so very much. I cannot wait to see you on the other side. Blessing tags and lots and lots of love. We'll talk to you real soon.
