30s and Beyond... and a Time Capsule Reveal

In this episode, Chloe and Ellidy reflect on where they thought they'd be, versus where they've found themselves. And they look to the future, chatting about their hopes and dreams for life beyond their 30s. They also find an old time capsule that was created in 2015, with their group of friends, and reveal the contents. Then, they give you a series of questions so that you can go ahead and create your very own time capsule.

Here are your instructions. Mark up a sheet of paper with the following questions:

• Today’s date
• Current outfit of choice
• Song that’s on repeat
• What do you currently do for work?
• What do you hope to be doing for work in 5 years?
• Three goals
• Three things you enjoy doing daily?
• Something you want to say to your future self?
• Last big headline that really caught your attention?

Place your answers somewhere safe (like your undie draw) and open in 5 years for a LOL, or a cry.
