目標が高すぎることは悪くない。なぜなら達成が難しいからだ。目標が低すぎるのは危険だ。やすやすと達成してしまうからだ。低すぎず、高すぎない目標、そういうレベルの目標を設定することだ。低い目標を掲げるのは最も危険である。万能の人の仕事論がここにある。
