奥村 綱雄（おくむら つなお、1903年（明治36年）3月5日 – 1972年（昭和47年）11月7日）は、昭和期の実業家。野村證券元社長・会長。野村證券中興の祖と言われる。
1946年の公職追放で経営陣が退陣することになり、出世が遅れていた奥村は追放を免れ、専務を経て、2年後には45歳の若さで社長に就任する。まさに運命は紙一重である。トップにならんとして討ち死にした人には未練が残るが、たまたまその役割がまわってきて名経営になることがある。奥村もそうだが、そういう人はその運を全体のために思い切って使ったのだろう。
