川上 哲治（かわかみ てつはる（現役時代は「てつじ」）、1920年3月23日 – 2013年10月28日）は、熊本県球磨郡大村（現・人吉市）出身のプロ野球選手・監督、野球解説者。
巨人軍の4番打者のとき「ボールがとまって見える」という境地にまで達した川上哲治は、日本一9連覇という空前絶技の偉業を成し遂げ、監督としてもその境地に達した。ここにあげた言葉を眺めると、人間集団を率いるマネジメントの大家であったとの感を深くする。
