戦国の世は生き残りには人材が勝負だった。世の中に人は多い。しかし人材は数えるほどしかいない。この言葉には人を見る抜群の目ききであった官兵衛の慨嘆がうかがえる。ひるがえって今の時代をみると、同じことがいえる。人はいるが、人材は少ない。
