中国数字时代收集记录来自中共当局宣传部门、出版审查机构等的指令，即“真理部指令 ”。
1月17日，中央网信办决定即日起开展为期1个月的“清朗·2023年春节网络环境整治”专项行动，并在其微信公众号上发布文章。
