The world is in our heads. We are full of what other's have projected reality is. The truth is, we don't get back to who we are, and what life is about rarely, if at all in our lives. This episode is based on draining the system's poison from our heads.
Life is alive, and it is now. What we have to do in the world, is not who we are and not what reality is. We need to practice the meditation of leaving this behind and get seek beauty in the world. At least half of our DNA is based on Earth. Let's connect to that side of us.
