16:40it seems interesting to me that this that the countries that do manufacturing sure are impacted by this but the gas prices for us are being impacted so much whereas it's it's very regional how much oil do we get from Saudi Arabia and look at this there's access here right Saudi Arabia could rejig although I guess building a pipeline across Saudi Arabia would take some time but much less time than it would take Canada to build a similar pipeline.
