2023年1月1日起，國民法官制度正式施行，年滿23歲、具中華民國國籍的民眾，都有機會擔任國民法官，在法檯上提供不同的觀點，同時審理期間也會有酬勞可以領喔！
*如果員工收到擔任國民法官的通知，雇主應給予公假，讓員工去開庭。
*民眾擔任國⺠法官，法院會集中審理日程，多數案件可在１週內完成審理工作。
