根據路透社報導，將於今日就職美國總統的川普表示，他將在周一發布行政命令，延長 TikTok 法律生效的時間，TikTok已在不到24小時內，於週日恢復在美服務，該平台在美超過1.7億個美國人使用，禁令也將間接影響美國影音創作者、網紅收入、廣告主等，據路透社報導， 這也間接影響了700 萬家小企業，同時川普則表示希望美國擁有TikTok 50% 的所有權，這可能帶動投資活動，其中AI搜尋引擎公司 Perplexity AI 傳提出合併計畫。今日川普就職，以及馬丁路德金紀念日，美股休市一天。
