由新加坡廚師美食聯盟所舉辨2024新加坡餐飲挑戰賽（SICGCC），於新加坡富麗華河畔大酒店所辦理，於8月26日~8月30日賽事為期5天由十一個國家及五佰多位選手參賽，為新加坡頂尖國際餐飲賽事。蔡美英老師本人參賽觀光伴手禮展示（想念的味道~台灣三酥）獲得1面金牌，也帶領學生田承慧同學，以奶油裝飾蛋糕（刮花）參賽，勇奪1金。
駐新加坡代表處代表童振源代表也到場致詞及對活動的肯定。大會比賽主席Cash Fong Chee Peng表示：這場來自世界各地的評審，對於台灣選手的產品及菜色都非常的驚訝，也對台灣的選手持平給予高度的肯定。
