#2 - Discipline makes you happy - الانظباط يجعلك سعيدا

 When it comes to talk about discipline, the thing that you have to know is that in this life, there're two pains. The pain of discipline and the pain of regret. The cool thing about the pain of discipline is that it's temporary, and what I mean by that is basically the moment you finish that specific task that you have to do, the feeling of pain is gone and a new feeling emerge which the one we all like and it's satisfaction. Whereas, the pain of regret will never disappear because regret is such a hard feeling and it sticks with you for your entire life. So which pain do you wanna sustain now ?

 عندما يتعلق الأمر بالحديث عن الانضباط، الشيء الذي يجب أن تعرفه هو أنه في هذه الحياة، هناك آلامان. ألم الانضباط وألم الندم. الشيء الرائع في ألم الانضباط هو أنه مؤقت ، وما أعنيه بذلك هو في  اللحظة التي تنتهي فيها من تلك المهمة المحددة التي عليك القيام بها ، يختفي الشعور بالألم ويظهر شعور جديد يحبه جميعا وهو الرضا. في حين أن ألم الندم لن يختفي أبدا لأن الندم هو شعور صعب للغاية ويلتصق بك طوال حياتك. إذن ما هو الألم الذي تريد تحمله الآن؟
