双葉山 定次（ふたばやま さだじ、1912年2月9日 – 1968年12月16日）は、大分県宇佐郡天津村布津部（現：大分県宇佐市下庄）出身の元大相撲力士。第35代横綱。
双葉山はの立ち合いは、相手が立てば自分も立つというものであった。そしてその立ち合いは「後手の先」と呼ばれた。先に相手が立つが、それより先に自分の形にしてしまうという意味である。これが本当の横綱相撲だろう。本番のごとく稽古し、本番は平常心で稽古のように取る。大横綱のこの教訓は、あらゆる人に当てはまる。
