ジョアキーノ・アントーニオ・ロッシーニ（Gioachino Antonio Rossini, 1792年2月29日 – 1868年11月13日）は、イタリアの作曲家。美食家としても知られる。作品の中でも『ウィリアム・テル』序曲が非常に有名。
常に新しいものを求めたロッシーニは、 「洗濯物のリストを見せてくれ。それに曲をつけてやるぞ」と言ったそうだ。どんな注文にも応える才能と好奇心にあふれた人物であった。
