石川 啄木（いしかわ たくぼく、1886年（明治19年）2月20日 – 1912年（明治45年）4月13日）は、日本の歌人、詩人。
ピカソが絵を描くのと同じように、啄木にとっての詩は日記であった。詩は短いから人々の印象に強く残る。｢俳句はやっぱり『小さすぎ』ないだろうか」と言ってた寺山修司が晩年にはもっと俳句をやっていればよかったと後悔したように、短詩は長い時間を生き抜いていく。26歳の短い人生であった啄木が書いた日々の日記は長い命を保っている。
