新田 次郎（にった じろう、本名：藤原 寛人（ふじわら ひろと）、1912年6月6日 – 1980年2月15日）は、日本の小説家、気象学者。
俳句をたしなむ新田次郎は、「春風や次郎の夢のまだつづく」という句を死んだら墓石にきざんでおくれと語っていた。後半の作家人生があったとしたら、と感じさせる名句である。
