Meet Lauri Getlan-Watson, a creative catalyst and wellness coach with 30+ years of teaching experience. She also studied at the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), and has honed her creative expertise. Passionate about transformation, she helps individuals move through stress, release limiting beliefs, and improve productivity. Known for curating unique workshops for coaches and businesses, she uses creative modalities as a powerful tool. 

Lauri also curates specialized wellness workshops for men in the corporate and tech sectors, working with HR specialists, in order to provide a hands-on opportunity when the usual talk it through wellness programs do not meet the needs of men in the workplace. 

A single mom of 13-year-old twins, Lauri lives in Maryland, balancing family life with her mission to inspire growth through creativity.
