#154 - Jiu Jitsu saved my life....here's how
About this episode
In this video, I share my personal story of how jiujitsu saved my life. My journey began in September 2016, during a tough period after moving to Oregon and ending a significant relationship. Although I was initially nervous, I quickly found a supportive community, gained confidence, and improved my physical and mental health. Through consistent training, I developed resilience and learned skills that transformed various aspects of my life.
