藤本 定義（ふじもと さだよし、1904年12月20日 – 1981年2月18日）は、愛媛県松山市生まれのプロ野球監督。東京巨人軍初代監督。
オールスターで川上監督が阪神の江夏を3連投させたため、阪神巨人戦の試合前において、阪神の藤本監督は巨人の川上監督を阪神ベンチに呼び出し、ものすごい剣幕で叱った。ライバル球団の監督を叱るという出来事に名監督であった川上は直立不動で藤本の話を聞いていたという。江夏の回想である。この事件は、2017年12月現在、江夏が連載中の日経新聞「私の履歴書」に出てこなかった。
