石田 退三（いしだ たいぞう、旧姓澤田、1888年11月16日 – 1979年9月18日）は、元豊田自動織機製作所（現豊田自動織機）社長、トヨタ自動車工業（現トヨタ自動車）の社長・会長。
冒頭の言葉は、激しい労使交渉を経験した後に語った言葉である。能率を上げるのは機械だ、人ではない。石田退三の経営方針は人を大事にすることだった。無借金経営を実現したカネの使い方もそうだが、ヒトの使い方についても、温かい方針を貫いた経営者である。このような石田退三の精神が今日のトヨタ自動車の骨格をつくったのだ。
