Nicole is embracing her new woman Leehood and I tell you what Lolli Nicole is drop dead gorgeous. Really? Wow. Honestly you wouldn't believe it and Nicole would even go on to get a breast augmentation and she'd spend a lot of money on gender affirming procedures except for one big procedure Lolli. It's usually used in the context of trans gender healthcare. Where a person has surgery to make a physical anatomy match their gender identity. Male to female you ask oh here is a little list of exactly what surgery you could get. Vaginoplasty is creating a vaginal canal. Labia Plasty forming the legia. Clitoral Plasty creates a clitoris from existing tissue and this one's a bit of a tongue twister. Orocectomy I don't know how to say that Oroctomy. Oroctomy removal of the testicles. Now living with Billie Jean and Donald certainly came with its perks Lollie because Donald was filthy wrecked. Yes. So Nicole's lifestyle just got a little bit more comfortable. Billie Jean didn't always have a life luxury. She was born in the late 1930s in Tennessee. She was one of eight children and Lollie these guys lived in goddamn poverty poor. Sometimes they wouldn't even have running water They lived off a lot of hand-me-downs. You can imagine really ratty, tattered clothes. Billie Jean she just really wanted more for her life. It really shaped her into wanting to live a life with me and she was going to make sure that she would never ever be poor again. She ended up moving to Troy

7:13Michigan just outside of Detroit and she would meet a man named Donald Rogers and he is an older businessman and Lollie this guy was filthy rich. Yes! All of Billie Jean's money problems would just disappear and these two had a very complicated marriage so complicated that they got married then they got divorced then they got married again. Wow I mean what for? Just get back together don't get married again. Do they invite people to the second wedding? Because that's awkward. Do you bring a gift? Do you not? It's a bit strange isn't it? Yeah just keep that on the down low guys. That is just embarrassing. Obviously they weren't having a great time. They got divorced then they rekindled and they decided to seal the deal again and get married but yeah yeah. Anywho it is the late 1990s and Billie Jean she's living the good life. She loves to

8:16socialise, she loves to entertain and this girl loves to go to the casino. Yes I'm like you. No she loves to go to the casino so much Lollie that this became a bit of a problem and she eventually had the gambling problem. You know I feel like there's more there's been a thing she can spend all Donald's money on but she wanted to go to those pokies and tables and just have a good time. Yeah I've never really understood gambling addiction but it's a real thing. I guess it's that dopamine fix. You know you just want more more more more and she definitely knew how to spend money because she was always at the fancy stores behind the designer clothing and Donald really did look after her lifestyle. And it's around this time that they invited Nicole to come and live with them. Now Donald knew about Nicole's penis. Yes he knew that Nicole was transgender and he's obviously a head of the future back then. He didn't have a problem with it at all. Go you Donald. I like Donald. Donald's great. I imagine back then though it's again the 90s.

9:19Not very common. It's not very common but you know people want to be who they want to be and acceptance is key. Lollie for president. Now Nicole and Billie did share a lot of the same interests. They both liked the good life and Billie would take Nicole along for all of those shopping sprees and those casino dates. They spent a lot of time at the casino together gambling away Donald's money. Nicole is 33 at the time and I'm just guesstimating that Billie Jean must be around mid 60s. Wow it's about 30 year age gap between them. Now Nicole is thinking wow Billie Jean she's got it all. She's really onto something here. She's married a rich man. All of her problems have gone away. So she's going to do the same thing and Nicole is out searching high and lie. Well searching high and low to find herself a wealthy man and that is exactly what she does. She

10:19meets a wealthy jeweler by the name of Daniel Shea him. This was in June 2000 that these guys they headed off. They eventually started dating. Life was good. She was falling into the same path as her auntie with a wealthy man to take care of her. Finally she meets her sugar daddy. Jesus is that easy. Maybe it was easier back then because not that I'm searching for sugar daddy or I have such sugar daddy. Maybe it was just a bit easier because now Tinder and you've got these websites like Seeking Arrangements. All these weird things you know yeah. I apparently the dating world is pretty fudged guys. Maybe that's the only way to do it. It's disastrous. It is not a good time. August 12th, the year 2000. It's why 2k baby. Nicole and Billie Jean are enjoying a lovely evening at the casino. There's been several hours spending golds money drinking beverages. It's having a very

11:24good time. But it's time to wrap things up and it's time to head on home and that's exactly what they did. As they got home they entered the house. So we just seemed a little off. There wasn't the usual greeting from Donald and they're thinking where's Donald? As they enter the kitchen. As you can imagine that very wealthy it's probably a large large house. There's marble floors apparently it's delightful. As they enter the house they're laid Donald. Unconscious on the floor. Not Donald! Now this is actually not that alarming to be fair because Donald is a raging alcoholic. Ah okay it's pretty old too. How old is Donald? Donald is 74 and he has a severe drinking problem. So severe he would drink around two gallons of alcohol a day. Oh no! Wow! Seven litres of liquid a day and we're talking hard, hard liquor. Stop! Stop it! He was into it and quite often was just

12:25passed out drunk. So again not that alarming but kind of strange because he was on the kitchen floor. Of course they probably just slowly wandered over like come on Donald not again but Donald's not responding. There's not the usual mones and groans. Oh you know hang over drunk. Donald's actually not breathing. So this is not good. This is not good panic starter set in and Billy Jean would call 9-1-1 and the police would race around to see exactly what's going on. As they approach the kitchen area Donald of course he's laying on the floor. There is a plastic glass that lays now his hand empty and there's an upside down chair that's on the ground now his head. So it's looking like Donald has been drinking. He's full on office chair. Maybe he's had his head and he's just passed away. What a way to go you know peaceful. What is peaceful isn't it? That's what we could all hope for just get absolutely trollied and just full off your chair and see you later. Now it's very clear to the officers that Donald has been dead for a while. Riga Mortis is

13:28started to set in and he's called. He's a bit stiff so they think something unusual. He's probably just had a few too many and that's it lights out. They go on to question Billy Jean and she is pretty calm. It explains that Donald's an alcoholic. He loves to chain smoke. He's a pretty calm man. He often falls and hits his head on the bathtub and she pointed to a chair and says look he also suffers from rectal bleeding and on the chair was quite patchy marks of blood. And the reason she said this is because she could just stating that he doesn't like to seek medical attention. Rectal bleeding. Oh that's not good. Like I said the reason for telling the officers this is because he's had some health issues. He hasn't been seeking medical advice. He is a chronic alcoholic and his asshole's bleeding. So there's just enough really much that they can do. Well we can't leave that in can we but say he's got blood coming out of his bottle. That's the truth. Poor guy. Nicole she's not so calm. She's actually beside herself.

14:31She's yelling you know he's dead. He's dead. Probably not in that New Zealand accent but she's also accusing all the officers of being really rude. She's having like an altercation with them. It's not a good time. She's not handling the situation very well. Donald's body would be taken away and they do not perform an autopsy. They take some blood, send it away for toxicology and they would find out that his alcohol blood levels were lethal. They were 0.44 to 0.47. Now to put that into perspective if you are drinking and driving in America the legal limit is 0.08 and Donald his blood levels are 0.44. Now this is lethal to someone that doesn't really drink but in Donald's case probably doesn't really even touch the side so quite an increase. They would later rule that his death was due to a heart attack as well as the contributing factor of a lot of alcohol.

15:33Potentially some liver failure but lolly they didn't do an autopsy so they're just really guessing aren't they? They are. How can you say it's a heart attack when you're in looked inside? Like he's old and drinks a lot. Chain smoker. His body is released to family. His wife Billy Jean is really pushing for a cremation that other side of the family. They don't want him cremated. They want to give a burial. However Billy Jean she wins that argument and just two days later Donald would be cremated. Now as you can imagine this is a terribly sad time. It's shocking for everyone. Nicole she's really not coping very well. Daniel would come to the house. She shows him where Donald died. She's crying. She's really upset and Daniel's saying look let's just get together tomorrow and we can really talk through some things. You obviously need a shoulder to lean on. The next day Daniel and Nicole would meet up and they're chatting about everything that happened and Daniel is sensing that Nicole was she's holding back. She's not telling him something and lolly he really presses that. Are you sure you're telling me the full truth?

16:37And cracks start to form in Nicole's story. She goes on to say look Billy and Donald they were having a really bad time in their relationship. It's a lot of fighting going on. Donald was also getting quite drunk and inappropriate with Nicole. One night they'd gone out for dinner and came home. Donald passed out drunk on the couch. Next minute he's in Nicole's bed fondling her boobs. It's not very good the next day. Donald had a black eye. Obviously Billy Jean found out and wasn't too happy about it. A lot of arguing going on. There's also a lot of problems with addiction. Donald was pretty upset with how much money Billy Jean was spending at the casino including a $13,000 bill that she just lost the other day on the tables. And of course Billy Jean's not happy with Donald because he's drinking them dry. Two gallons a day. She wanted a divorce but lolly she couldn't get a divorce because she'd have no money. Daniel asked did you guys have something to do with his death? Nicole she can't take the guilt anymore lolly and she has to confess the truth.

17:43She has to tell Daniel exactly what happened because all is not what it seems. She would go into full detail. They went out that night to the casino and Billy was expressing her hatred for her husband. She wanted to get rid of Donald. As they left the casino it was a live time. They arrived home and Donald is passed out drunk. Billy Jean says this is our opportunity. We have to strike now. The plan was to hold Donald down. Billy Jean will pull a vodka into his mouth while Nicole holds his nose. Billy Jean is telling Nicole this is the only way. Nicole is saying I don't want to do this. This feels really wrong. I don't want to do this. Please don't make me do this. For some reason she changes her mind so she starts holding his nose. Billy Jean's pouring the vodka into his throat. Poor Donald is squirming and trying to get away. Nicole can't take it. She lets go of his nostrils and he gums for air.

18:47Billy Jean says to Nicole we have to go through with this. If he wakes up in the morning he's going to know we tried to kill him. You have to help me. If you help me I will give you $100,000 for your bottom surgery. Whoa that much costs. I don't think so. This is very appealing to Nicole and she thinks all right then okay I'll do it. So Billy Jean goes and gets a pillow. Oh my god. Nicole would straddle Donald while Billy Jean would smother poor Donald. Now this is a little strange. There's part of the detail of the story. She went on to tell Daniel that Donald was fondling her boobs while he was being suffocated so he died a happy man and some people are into it. That's very strange. Maybe she was trying to get out and he was trying it and he's growing onto her bolt-ons to try and get off the floor. I would say so. Now Daniel's thinking hang on a minute here. Can you just rewind the story for a minute? Did you just say

19:48bottom surgery? Daniel's like what is bottom surgery? And that's when Nicole says I have got one more confession Daniel. There's something I'm not telling you. I in fact was born a man. Daniel nearly fell off his chair. Have they not had sex yet with the lights off and from behind? But hang on how would you miss it? Now look guys there is a full court transcript of this story 50 pages long. They gone to detail about those sexual interactions. I want to hear it. Those two interactions. One was oral. Bit of a BJ. And the second time was with the lights out and from behind. Oh come on hang on. I would look we don't really want to get into too much detail. However I just don't know how you could hide three bits. Maybe she taped them but I think we're going to get cancelled for this. We're going to be very careful. Okay all right all right I think we just take all of that second part of that out. Okay. He obviously didn't take much notice. Maybe

20:51he was drunk. Maybe he just turned to blind eye. Maybe he knew the whole time but he was pretty like wow you're really hitting with two bombshells here Nicole you're a murderer and a man. But also like you can't be telling someone you killed someone before you tell them you're transgender because that could potentially blow the trust. It's going to blow the trust. Well it definitely did blow the trust because Daniel left that day thinking fuck this is not right. This is not right. So the following day he went down to the police station and he wanted to talk to detectors because he had some news. Some very concerning news about Donald Rogers. Now they went into the interrogation room and they got a chatting and a chatting. The police are thinking no don't believe you. No evidence. It was clear he had a habitat substance abuse. There's nothing to say otherwise but they're going to give this guy a chance and they said look we'll give you one opportunity to sit down with Nicole while wearing a wire. Daniel arranges to meet Nicole at another

21:58restaurant and he sits down with Nicole just to talk about everything that happened. Now Nicole starts out saying are you going to be my alibi? We're in alibi because there's a little confusion around when we left the casino and when we came back to the casino and then she claims that they left at 11 o'clock and then they went back to the casino on the way to the casino. They threw the pillow out and the bowl of vodka out on the freeway and then they ended up coming back at 3am. So that's why there's that time difference and they told the police that they originally just got home at 3am. She also discussed the money. She showed the deposit slip of $60,000 which was a deposit for the $100,000 that she was receiving. She also went on to say that Billy Jane just bought a 2000 Cadillac. Billy Jane just bought Nicole a 1997 Buick Riviera and then she went on to tell a bit more details about the story. They talked about the fondling of the boobs again, holding his nose, asked us to start looking good. God, she's so dumb. I know. She also said to Daniel,

22:59you're not wearing a wire are you? You're not recording me and he's like no, not at all. While he was fighting back tears because he was so upset that Nicole was going to be basically screwed over by him because he still had feelings, mixed emotions, mixed feelings, but he's still cared about this woman. Ah, does a big mess. But you know, it's a smoking gun. It's what the police need. The police would also go back and look at other evidence and it's pretty difficult. There's no body, but they go through and look at all the photos that were taken from the medical examiner and there were clear abrasions on Donald's top lip, nose and eyelids, which they are thinking came from a pillow with like a woven pillowcase, but like carpet burn, pillow burn. Ah, Nicole, silly lady. Now, Donald's accounts would show that he had 1.778 million dollars and Billie Jean was the beneficiary. So back then, it's the year 2000. I don't know how much that's worth now, should we find out? I reckon we find out. In today's money, that's worth

24:00around $3.5 million, so it's not about inheritance. Not long after the death, she transfers that money through to Nicole. She gives her daughter $250,000 and she also buys her mother a property for $108,000 and as we discussed before, at the two new cars. They're spinning up large and the police but go what they need. And lolly, January 4, 2001. Billie Jean and Nicole Titlow would be arrested for the murder of Donald Rogers. Wow. Now they're awaiting trial. This trial is set to take place in December 2001, so the end of the year. And Nicole would take a plea deal. She would take a plea deal to testify against her auntie and her charges would be downgraded to manslaughter. Wow. With a maximum of 7 to 15 years. Not bad. Not bad at all. So she is willing to take the deal. But only days before the trial is due to take place, Nicole would actually withdraw.

25:04Her plea, due to the advice of new council. Oh no. And she would go ahead and plead not guilty and she is also no longer going to testify against her aunt. This seems foolish. Now this is foolish. The new attorney Friedrich Toca. He offers to represent Nicole in exchange for a few pieces of jewellery and to get all media rights to the trial. So old fucking Toca is thinking this thing is going to hit the headlines. My name is going to be big. I'm going to be a rising star. We've got transgender. We've got money. We've got all these controversial things. And he is just going to just ride on those tail feathers. What's it got? Almost coattails. Ride on those coattails. This guy obviously got his degree out of a cereal box. Because Lolly, he didn't even view the evidence. Didn't even go over the case. Didn't even know Jack Dilly's squit about the case at all. Uh oh. And just days before the new trial is set to take place. Old Toca withdraws himself from

26:10council. Oh my godfather. And he leaves Pornicole high and dry to now face first degree murder charges on her own. What happens in this scenario? They can't go ahead. No, imagine that I have to wait, get new representation and then wait and go ahead again. Holy god damn. Holy god damn all right. Billie Jean. She's smart. She has not answered any questions. The police have nothing. She refuses to talk. They've got no evidence. Nicole's not going to speak. Not going to testify against her. And this thing goes to court, Lolly. But all charges would be dropped because they've got nothing to go on. What do you mean? She walks free. No walks free. Who does Billie Jean? And Nicole? No, Nicole is still awaiting trial. Nicole. Oh my god. So Billie Jean is a free woman and Lolly, she is a rich woman. Nicole, on the other hand, she would go to trial. Daniel would testify. Tell all of the ins and outs of what happened. Obviously they've got the tape,

27:14the recognition, the recording. Nicole, she takes a stand. She's really trying to defend herself, but it just doesn't go well, Lolly. She basically confesses on the stand again. Oh Nicole, honey. She goes to go on about the detail about Billie Jean and she doesn't want to do it. And then she's telling Billie Jean not to do it. And she's blocking his nose. But then she lets go go with his nose so he can breathe. And it's just such a show. It's not good. And the jury would deliberate. And Lolly, they would come back with a guilty verdict. Oh, I mean, you know, she did it, but also she didn't benefit from it. Stupid. Now Lolly, she is sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison. And if that wasn't bad enough, she is sent to a men's prison. No, Nicole. Oh my god. I know. And the other thing I didn't mention is the prosecution just referred to her as a him and a he, the whole time. It was pretty devastating for her. Look, I shouldn't feel so bad for Nicole, but I do. Yeah, I feel bad for Nicole. Oh, it hasn't worked out well. Didn't work out very well.

28:18And as for Billie Jean, well, just six months later, she died from cancer. Well, karma's a bitch, isn't it? It's a real bitch. It is a real, real bitch. So in jail, poor Nicole, titlo, she has got no hormone replacement therapy, no medicines, no nothing. And it's just going very poorly for her no support. And she ends up having some issues with her breast implants and her breast bleeding. She has to get them removed. Oh my god. And there's no offer of like replacing them, because of course, you're not going to get replaced in prison. I can't believe that she's been in prison with breast implants in a male prison. Oh Nicole. I know. Savage men. Eventually, she would be moved to another prison, thanks to her attorney. And this is a prison that have a history of taking care of transgender. There was also an appeal to have her transfer to a woman's prison, but that was denied. Anyway, life would carry on. And Nicole, titlo, was eligible for parole January

29:219th, 2021. And lolly, she eventually would get parole on July 13th, 2021. Yay. So she is a free lady. Couldn't really find out much of what she's doing, but I imagine she's around that mid-50s and she is living in Tennessee with family, but that's all I could really find. So I mean, this case is, it's an interesting one, lolly, but can you handle this crime scandal? Oh my god. No, I actually can't because like bill it. Yes, I can. I actually can. Yes, I can handle this because you shouldn't be killing people. Okay. You should say no. I'm not going to help you do that. Absolutely not. And this is what you get. Walk away. Unfortunately, what happened to Nicole in prison, but Nicole, you shouldn't have done what he did. And also Billy Jane, I mean, six months, calm as a bitch. But the health, look, it's all very terrible, isn't it? Poor Donald. Look, he was probably going to car get sooner or later because he was a pretty heavy drinker.

30:22Gee, she got cancer done in six months. Turbo cancer. You only hear of that shit in 2025 and 2016. Maybe turbo cancer isn't jab and juiced. Anyway, Rainy, can you handle this crime and scandal?
