104. PAUSE with Tyler Brass

This week I welcome on Tyler Brass. We have a great conversation and cover a lot of different topics in this episode but one of the main threads we weave through this conversation is the importance of the pause. Pausing for our intuition to flow to that we can hear ourselves more clearly.
