平林 たい子（ひらばやし たいこ、1905年（明治38年）10月3日 – 1972年（昭和47年）2月17日）は、日本の小説家。
平林たい子は、女流文学会会長をつとめている女傑だが、一生を眺めるとすさまじいエネルギーと思い切りのいい強烈な言動に驚く。「既婚の婦人は既に消費社会に入った商品であり、未婚の婦人は未だ流通過程にある商品である」（『男性罵倒録』）。
「わが母がわれを 生ましし齢（よわい）は来つ さずけたまひし 苦を苦しまむ」。平林たい子は、与えられた生を生き切ったのである。
