土井 晩翠（どい ばんすい、明治4年10月23日(1871年12月5日） – 昭和27年(1952年）10月19日）は、日本の詩人、英文学者。
「空の月は永遠にかわることなく存在している。栄枯は盛衰するという人の世の姿。月はそれが真の人の世の姿であると示そうとしているのであろうか。今は荒れ果てた城には栄えた時代の光はなく、ただ夜半の月だけがみえる」
