川口 松太郎（かわぐち まつたろう、1899年（明治32年）10月1日 – 1985年（昭和60年）6月9日）は日本の小説家、劇作家、日本芸術院会員、戦後の大映映画の専務。文化功労者。
｢人生に悔いなし」というエッセイには、人生に悔いはないが、むしろ「悔いはむしろおびただしい作品の中にある」との悔恨がある。文筆業は時間の制約の中で書くたびに新しいものを書かねばならないから、どの作品にも悔いは残るのだ。
