1:00Early phases are the beginning of, I would say World War III, I get maybe more war four, but this is the beginning of a World War. I mean, when you just look at how close these two fronts are, you're talking about Europe, we're talking about the Middle East, and then we're talking about basically everyone who's standing kind of against the American dominance. And again, China is who we're supposed to be worried about. I think most people agree that we should be worried about China yet every move that we're taking from the time that we started supporting the Ukrainians and kicking Russia off the Swift system to start war in Iran with the Straits of Hormuz, the biggest benefactor has been China. Since 2022, you, in Europe, European taxpayers, because that's where the money comes from, remember that it doesn't get created, doesn't come out of nowhere, it comes from the taxpayer, that's you. Since 2022, Ukraine has been given 220 billion euros. Think about that. That's just the money that's been given to Ukraine. Forget about the massive impact, the billions in impact that it's had on economies.

2:06We have it between Ukraine and Russia. All the damage that's been done to the European Union, for example, the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines, the blowing up of the biggest energy infrastructure project in history of European Union, destroyed, blown up. European imports from China have increased by 45 percent over the past five years, while our exports to China are declining. Our trade deficit with China now stands at nearly one billion euros per day, and it has risen another 10 percent since the beginning of this year. But the CY Americans have a problem sending billions of our tax dollars to Ukraine. That's Arena Moudre, who was until last week the deputy head of Zelensky's own presidential office, you know, being walked out in handcuffs on money laundering charges. We just had to move our fleet away from the Pacific, which is actually our border. This is the first time we were all worked, too. We have no aircraft carriers over there.

3:0614 percent of the Navy's fleet is now in the Caribbean, according to IEJ media, including a buildup of 10,000 Marines and sailors, a dozen warships, a nuclear-powered fast-attacked submarine, a special operations mothership with drone capabilities, three guided missile destroyers, and the USS Iwojima, with an amphibious ready group on board. The USS Lake Erie, a guided missile cruiser, with 32 Tomahawk missiles was pulled from the Pacific, and is now focusing on Venezuela, where the U.S. sent three B-52s escorted by stealth F-35s on a show of force mission. And the Russians also realize that we are caught right now in this, you know, quagmire in the Middle East. We're having to move strategic assets away from other theaters, very important ones, like the Pacific, to cover our bases in the Middle East. And so the Russians right now realize that our back is against the wall. We are running low on weapon systems, obviously. We got into the MOU. We got out of the MOU.

4:07We're stalled. And now is a time where Russia is having their back put against the wall because of what Ukraine is doing with our assistance. And I'm not, you know, justifying or covering for Putin, but I don't think Americans understand Russian politics enough to know that Putin actually is relatively moderate within Russia. There are people that are criticizing him in his military and in his political establishment that are saying that this war in Ukraine's gone on for too long. Why aren't we being more serious? Why are we pushing forward? Why aren't we striking back? So I don't think the American people realize how close we are right now to a war that could, you know, change history, whether it goes nuclear or whether it just expands and Russia actually does start hitting some targets deeper into Ukraine or even some of our NATO partners. And then what happens after that, then we're going to have to respond. The day, the first of September, the day when World War II began, we need to make sure that there are no provocations globally that will instigate new global conflicts.

5:09I'm sure that our work will help us achieve that. These countries are allegedly trying to suddenly conflict and are trying to get their place at the negotiation table. We have been underscoring many times that any foreign contingents that are preventing the durable peace are unacceptable and they will become legitimate targets. And the responsibility will be with those who has made the decision to further escalate the conflict. We've heard Putin say this multiple times that, you know, the president of the United States actually doesn't matter. It's the men in the dark suits who do matter. And so the Russians are very aware that we run NATO and so everything that's being done to them by the Ukrainians with NATO weaponry, NATO targeting, they view it as us. I heard I'm a demon. I don't know. I didn't have time to watch it today, unfortunately. So I'm sorry to disappoint everybody. But I don't care. But I really don't care that much. So we've got news to cover. We've got videos to show you.

6:10We've got announcements to make. We've got some house activity to report on as well as some house in activity to investigate. It appears as though they're breaking early for their recess, possibly because they don't want to table Thomas Bastie's Epstein Transparency Act. But we'll get into that in just a second. Like I said, we have a lot of news to get into today and a lot of videos to show you the video that's probably on most viral over the last 24 hours. It's a clip from the walk away debate that Brandon Strachede did with Alex Jones and Joe Kent and Joel Webin and Kai Schwimmer and the other side as well. The whole thing was great. The whole thing was fantastic. And I don't know how anybody can watch that and come away with any stance other than the America first side is obviously right. Obviously better informed. Obviously correct about what we're saying. And we're only going to get more correct as time goes on.

7:12So I want to go to this video that trended for all day yesterday. It's Joe Kent and Alex Jones explaining the provisions of the NDA section 622 and 229, the merging of the Israeli and American militaries. And this is one of those things that like you can't be in favor of it. You have to either pretend like you are ignorant of it and that it's not what's happening. Or you have to be against it because like when you just hear the explanation of it. It was one of these things like there are certain things going on in the world today. Like my wife. My wife doesn't watch the news. She doesn't care about any of this stuff. She's got better things to worry about like our kids. And so occasionally I'll have to catch her up on things. Try to explain the Lindsey Clancy situation to somebody that's not aware of it.

8:12Because you sound crazy when you're explained like I feel bad. Like I feel bad. I have to explain this. I'm like, yeah, there's a woman who killed her kids. I'm like, oh God. And I'm like, but just hold on. Just wait. She's got a bunch of supporters. My wife is just like, what? What do you mean? I know it's terrible. I don't. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I have to tell you this. But like, yeah, yeah, there's one of the strangled all of her kids and there's a bunch of other women dressed up in pink in solidarity with her and they want her to get off. And it's crazy. And I'm sorry. I don't want to ask like, but why? But can you? I'm like, I can't. I can't explain it. I don't want to get into it. I just, I'm just trying to catch you up on this. So, other back and core right now. This is live right here because we got a clip from that too. Maybe we'll start off with that since that's breaking news and I'm mentioning it here. But I would just say to finish my thought, if you explain to somebody like, yeah, Israel is going to be merged with our intelligence and military and like, it'll be an extricable

9:15and basically this foreign country will have like operatives in our government. And it's like just explaining it to people that don't know or just like, well, what are you talking like? That's not how. How can that happen? How can that possibly happen? So of course in the debate, you see that, you know, the people that want this to go through, they don't really have an ability to defend it. So that's pretend it's not what it is. They have to pretend they don't know what it is or that it's more nuanced or, well, I mean, it says merge, but I mean, technically we do this kind of thing with the five eyes. So even though it's completely different, we accept that. So you have to accept that they just have to play these rhetorical games. The truth tellers are not interested in playing. So we'll go to that in just a second, but since we're on the Tiffany Clancy saga, Lindsey Clancy saga. Thank you, crew. The Lindsey Clancy saga. We'll go to this video. It's the one I put in. I'm not sure. It doesn't have a number here. It'd be 26, if anything. It's a single juror in the Lindsey Clancy trial is allegedly refusing to listen to the

10:20law and the instructions of the judge and is threatening a mistrial. Let's go to this video just before we went live here. You should hate the fact you're on it that you're allowing us to be heard in public rather than at the side by the juror. The court has an instruction from the four person of that juror that's been working for a week now saying that there's one juror who refuses to listen to the law that you've given him or her on reasonable doubt. And I suggest respectfully that the soft instruction that you gave them saying at the side by the juror, can you listen to the law as I instruct you, does not focus on the issue? It is the question is not sufficient enough. It does not allow any foundation for a motion to remove the juror who refuses to accept your instructions on the law on reasonable doubt. And if we come back here in a half an hour with a mistrial because of a juror that has

11:21just spurned the instructions of this court, it's a shame. That's a real shame. And that's why I object to the court's ruling. I request that we have further inquiry. I request that my motion is to remove this juror that refuses to listen to your instruction on reasonable doubt. All right. Come on. Thank you, Your Honor. That was the defense attorney. Here's the procution. We have the note from the jury. There's no way to determine what the deliberations are. Who's correct? Who's incorrect? Nor should we attempt to because that's part of deliberations. I think what Your Honor has done by asking each juror if they're able to follow the law and then giving a general instruction on reasonable doubt is appropriate. Undercomwell versus Ralph. So we do not have an objection to what the questions or the re-instruction. All right. Well, I'm sure as parties understand, as they say, the discharge of a deliberating juror is a sensitive undertaking. I was just specifically responding to the specific question that was asked.

12:28I don't feel that it is proper for me to side with one side or the other of the deliberations. I don't feel it's appropriate for me to say I agree with one juror or the other. At this point, I've asked if they are able to follow my instructions. According, they swore earlier that they could. They've said to that at this point that they can. That was specifically addressed towards the specific question. And that's what I'm doing. So the defendant's objection is noted and we will be in recess on this at this time. Thank you. 14:42All right, so the Lindsay Clancy jury with one holdout has just been dismissed for the day until tomorrow at 9 a.m. after nearly a week. If that juror is trying to ensure she's convicted, hold the line, let the trial go again, rather than cave and let her off. I'll speak to you tomorrow morning. Remember the instructions, stay away from coverage. Now, considering the fact that some of the jurors had shown up in court wearing pink, which is a color all the supporters of Lindsay Clancy are wearing to show solidarity. The jury on the Lindsay Clancy murder trial is once again deadlocked over whether the former mother of three should be given a pass due to hysteria and hormones. The indecision followed five days of deliberation and two notes from jurors saying they could not agree. On Wednesday, Judge William Sullivan gave the panel a two-year-old Rodriguez instruction,

15:46Massachusetts last resort charge telling a deadlock jury to re-travert it or else it's an automatic mistrial. I think it would be a great, you know, instead of 12 angry men, nine angry men, nine angry women and three angry men, I want to see a dramatization of what the hell is going on in the jury room here because at a certain point, the systems that we set up to bring about justice have gone off the rails. This isn't that complicated or nuanced. I feel like you could bring anybody back from the past and just be like this mother killed her three children. What should we do? And they would just be like, put her in a room and lock the door. And that's what we should and it should take about 35 minutes. This entire trial should take about 35 minutes and then it should be over. And I can't help but conspiracy theorize about this because I notice that despite my first awareness of this trial being about a woman who killed her children after being prescribed

16:50dozens of psychoactive, you know, SSRI mood altering drugs, I thought the focus was going to be on the drugs. I was sure that that would be a major point of contention in all of this. For some reason, people started talking about the husband possibly doing it despite there being absolutely no evidence of the sort at all, despite all of the evidence entirely being in the opposite direction, including the confession by the mother herself, the phone call. I mean, there was no question about whether the husband did this or whether this was never an issue. But it became an issue for some reason. Now when you have something that becomes an issue when there is no evidence behind it, you might want to be suspicious of influence, of outside influence, of some sort of outside manipulation because there's no reason why so many people would believe it's the dad.

17:50So I was talking to a person about this over the weekend and you know, talking about conspiracy theories overall. She brought up Lindsay, the Lindsay Clancy thing. And I'm like, who, oh boy, okay, who do you think did it? She's like, I think it was the husband. And I just, it's the moment I was just like, you sure it wasn't like the pharmaceutical companies blaming the husband to get the blame off of their drugs so we don't look into the effects of these drugs. Maybe these drugs caused a mother to kill her own children and we should look at that. And it's like, oh, I never thought of that. It's like, yeah, I don't know, maybe, maybe the multi billion dollar pharmaceutical industry that prescribes psychoactive drugs to 75% of the young women don't want those young women thinking it might make them kill their children. So maybe they come up with a, you know, maybe they pay some TikTok influencer to start theorizing about the dad actually being responsible. And suddenly nobody's talking about the pharmaceuticals. Suddenly nobody's talking about the danger of prescribing these SSRIs to a majority of women in our country.

18:51And even the official literature admits they don't know what they do. They don't know how they work and the side effects can include homicidal, suicidal ideation. So I just, I just smell a giant cover up and I think if that means that we have to, you know, light another fire between men and women. If that means we have to do more damage to the social fabric of this country. Hey, as long as they're not pointing the finger at the pharmaceutical companies, you know, they'll do it. They're in favor of that. So I just get, I just utterly, not even like shocked and appalled at this. I mean, I'm those things too, but it's more just like disappointment. That's like, here's a major national news story in which a mother murdered her own children seemingly as a consequence of these insane drugs that are being prescribed like candy. Why are we not talking about that at? Why is nobody talking about that aspect? And why is it when you talk to the women who support Lindsey Clancy? They're under the impression that she didn't get enough medicine.

19:54She didn't get enough attention. What more, you wanted to be prescribed more met? You think it wasn't enough medicine, I guess. So my conspiracy theory about all of this is it was literally the pharmaceutical drug companies that essentially broke her brain. And she was responsible for that. She's the one that was doctor shopping and not actually taking it as prescribed. But like taking some and then not taking it. I mean, she, you know, it's like that's insane. Of course, she's going to go insane. So I think the conspiracy theory is that this whole thing has been whipped up by the pharmaceutical industries as a red herring to get attention off of the medicine she was taking. And onto the crazy women who believe the insane theories about the dad, because they too probably are on SSRS and don't know how to think straight. The jury in the Lindsey, Lindsey Clancy murder trial is once again deadlocked over whether the former mother of three should be given a path due to hysteria and hormones. 20:55Two notes from Jerry from the jury. I read that part. The evidence at trial showed Clancy spent part of the morning on ordinary errands of motherhood, including a pediatrician visit and playing in the snow. She then asked her husband, Patrick Clancy, to leave for take out in a pharmacy run while she, while he was gone. She strangled the three children with exercise bands in the basement. Now there's been a supposed copycat killing. Story to Alex Jones live, Lindsey Clancy copycat child two found dead mother hospitalized with a parent self-inflicted injuries. And they're really good at killing their kids, not so good at killing themselves. Wonder why that is. Police and Illinois say a family member is responsible for the death of two year old in what many are calling copycat murder mimicking mom Lindsey Clancy, who's on trial for killing her three children. Well, I wonder if she'll get as much support from the Lindsey stands. The prosecutors conceded that she was mentally ill, but it's still responsible for the killings. A district assistant district attorney, Jennifer Sprog, told jurors, Clancy planned the killings,

22:01center husband out of the house and checked how long the errands would take. They pointed to her functioning that day as proof she could form intent. Sprog called the killings a choice. First degree murder in Massachusetts can rest on deliberate premeditation, extreme atrocity or cruelty or both. That conviction is life without parole. Defense attorney Kevin, Kevin Reddington argued she lacked criminal responsibility because of postpartum psychosis and bipolar illness, worse than by psychiatric medications and missed warning signs. Under Massachusetts law, the commonwealth has to prove criminal responsibility beyond a reasonable doubt. Clancy had been hospitalized and discharged about three weeks before the killing. jurors heard for more than 80 witnesses and saw more than 300 exhibits for each child's death. They could choose first degree murder, second degree murder, manslaughter, not guilty or not guilty or not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility. Second degree murder is life with the possibility of parole, a lack of responsibility finding typically means commitment to a state psychiatric hospital with periodic reviews and no fixed release date. As noted above, a hung jury would be a mistrial.

23:03And so I believe they would be able to charge it again, right? A mistrial, I don't know how that works. Maybe the crew can look that up or ask AI because I was sort of going, you know, a mistrial might not be the worst thing ever. Be a pain in the butt for the husband and the people that have to go through this all over again. But, you know, if it if it ends up judge finds NYC mom with postpartum psychosis not guilty of killing her two young kids in case with eerie similarities to Lindsey Clancy. Okay. I don't know about that. I don't know what that's all about. I don't know if that happened recently or not. But you do. I mean, I kind of wonder like why did the Lindsey Clancy case get so much attention and why did they think that the husband did it? I mean, I this just reeks to me like a manufactured storyline because again, there have been other like have you ever heard of that woman in New York?

24:05No, why not? Nothing more or less spectacular about that killing than this one. So why is this one getting so much attention? Yeah, August 28th, 2026. So I mean, yeah, that's the thing. It was like, I guess this just happened. But if the crew can ask AI's, I don't see it in this article, what a mistrial would mean. And if they would be able to try her again, I believe they would. Oh, because she was black. Oh, interesting. Well, how's that play into it then? They probably don't want to make black people look bad, I guess. I don't know. That's the answer, but I think that is the answer. I don't know why that is, but. Okay, interesting. So again, I would like to know if a mistrial would mean that they can try it again. Could you all look that up and let me know because that could actually be a good thing, right?

25:10Because I doubt this energy is going to be maintained for very long. I have a feeling in a couple months we're never going to hear about Lindsey Clancy ever again. And we're all going to forget it in 10 years. Somebody's going to bring it up and you're going to be like, oh, yeah, that was weird. That was crazy. What happened with that? So I don't think this is like a persistent thing. It's not going to happen forever. So if it's a mistrial and it ends up, there's no answer. She's remanded in custody and they come back to try again in a couple months or maybe even a year or two. That might be a good thing. Maybe it would be better to try this without the circus surrounding it. And maybe if you just give it a couple months to simmer down, I doubt there's going to be a similar level of energy in a couple months. If this were to happen again, it'll probably just happen quietly in the background. We won't even know about it until the verdict is delivered. And that would be ideal as of now.

27:33when our population is no longer seemingly capable of upholding the structures of being non-agery? This has been a question for a while and we've shown the statistic abnormalities when you have certain racial combinations, certain gender combinations. Is this the best way to get to justice? Still, I have to think it is. But I almost want, I almost think we should have different levels of citizenship. I feel like you can be a citizen. You can have all the rights and everything of being a citizen. I'm not saying anybody in America should be abused. But maybe you should have to prove that you know what you're talking about before you vote. Maybe there can be basic citizenship and then there can be like silver. You're at the silver level, you get to vote. You've got to go another level up. You've got to really prove you're a decent person. You've got to like, I don't know what test we could subject people to. But make sure that they're not biased, that they'll choose the right thing,

28:33even when they don't think they're being watched. Like find people with good character. However we do that, however we suss people out like that. You know, maybe not everybody is fit to be in a jury. Obviously there's the jury selection process and that would weed out some people. But I don't want to get rid of the jury process. I think the jury is one of the most amazing inventions in human history. I mean, it's like a kind of a miracle that it exists. I mean, I can imagine a world without a jury system. I can imagine a world where your guilt or innocence is determined by a dude in a robe and that's it. And there's no one to appeal to. And so yes, most criminal cases can be tried, retried after a mistrial. Okay. So that might be a good thing. It might be a good thing. It's better than an acquittal. It's better than a not guilty. Obviously, because she is obviously guilty. But I guess if the criminal responsibility has to be beyond a reasonable doubt and you can

29:33make the case that she's on all these crazy medicines, again, I think the mere fact that she staged it the way that she did was as impossible to happen without some forethought and clear clearness of mind, clarity of mind, that would preclude the insanity defense. But regardless, in the UK, they got rid of jury trials recently. I think they still have them for some cases. But I think for misdemeanors, like you have no right to a jury. The jury is there ostensibly to serve the defendant because you can control a system where you're putting people as judge. You can control them pretty easily. It's really, really hard to get control over the minds of 12 randomly selected people just from your city. I mean, that it's such a peer and beautiful system that we have if the people are moral, if the people are intelligent and thoughtful, capable of second order effects and reasonable skepticism, I mean, it would be hard to imagine a world where you don't have a jury

30:37trial. Imagine if I just came up with it. But I was like, you know, I think we should do is get 12 random people from the street and you should have to appeal to them. It would sound crazy. And it would we'd never be able to put it into practice. It's like this thing exists only because it's a legacy system. It has been grandfathered in. It is something so distinctly human. Like a view asked a robot today to come up with a thing. I don't know if they'd come up with really amazing video. Really just really fantastic video. I'll get the guy's name. This was posted. I saw it when Carl Benjamin posted it. It's our gun of a cod. But he's on TikTok at Read Choi. R-E-A-D-C-H-O-I. Here's his response. And I think it's a great strategy. Carl Benjamin posted this saying, I'm not going to be debating about Lindsey Clancy anymore. If any woman wants to talk me about Lindsey Clancy, I'm just going to send him this video. Let's watch. You don't understand what it's like to be a woman who is hormonal. There needs to be empathy.

31:39She shouldn't be held liable for any criminal behavior. Precise, I could not have something better myself. Who are you? We are all the men ever before the 20th century. Il, no, you treated women as second-class citizens. What I'm saying is that because women are hormonal, deemed incapable of self-governance and therefore requires a male shopper on that can protect and guide the weak as sex. Il, no, that's so sexist. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying because of our hormones. Yes, because your hormones should become incapacitated and capable of making rational decisions and your emotions become to control you like a child. And women should not be held accountable during such feats. That's just precisely what I'm saying. It will stop saying what I was going to say like it was your point. I'm just saying that this woman should be in prison. She should be put in a mental asylum. Yes, because women are not criminals. They're hormones. Dictate their very lives. They are slaves to their emotions. And so they cannot choose. They are forced to do whatever they feel because they are children incapable of controlling their emotions. We agree. That I just f up feminism.

Charlie Kirk will stand trial for aggravated murder and potentially face the death sentence if convicted. The news comes after Robinson pled not guilty on Tuesday nearly one year after the assassination at Utah Valley University, which that's interesting. Because you would think

33:55if he confessed and then was turned in by his parents and confessed again, which I believe is the official story, probably wouldn't be a great move to declare yourself not guilty having confessed. So this might get interesting. This might get very interesting. Utah Judge Tony Graf, who's presiding over the case, ruled there's enough evidence to proceed with a trial on aggravated murder in other charges. Aggravated murder is the only form of murder that allows the death penalty in Utah. Prosecutors say they have a mountain of evidence against Robinson and Kirk's wife Erica released a statement calling the decision to proceed to trial in an important step in our family's pursuit of justice, adding, quote, every step in this process carries the weight of all that Charlie's murder has taken from his family, especially his children, who will grow up without their father. So I was sort of, I'm sort of surprised that he declared himself not guilty that he pled not guilty because seemingly the, the evidence is a bit overwhelming and he's risking the death penalty.

35:04He likely could have if nothing else, he could have pled down the death penalty. May have been life in prison, may have been 25 years or something, but and they may not have even offered him a plea deal. So I'm sure they have to give him some sort of plea deal, but I don't think that would sit right with people. I think they wanted this to go to trial. So I guess he had to declare himself not guilty. Obviously, they'll just be going for the reasonable doubt strategy, although most of the dispatches from his lawyers, if they even mentioned some of the stuff that's been brought up by Candace or other investigators, it's sort of dismissive about it. So I'm interested to see what, what their pursuit of a not guilty verdict would look like. I guess just systematically attacking all the people. I think we're probably going to see another repeat of the OJ trial more ways than one, but obviously with OJ Simpson, they had overwhelming evidence

36:04by the dictionary definition of the term. Yet he was let off because every piece of evidence was sort of whittled down endlessly by the defense. To where if there's OJ Simpson's blood on the gate at the murder scene, it gets confused. It can confuse with the blood in the bronco. And actually now we have questions about the police's motivations. Maybe they dropped it. Maybe they did it on purpose and maybe the literal blood trail that led directly back to OJ Simpson's home. Maybe that was all a big coincidence, but basically they did it by just systematically every single piece of evidence was sort of questioned until you didn't know which way was up and you didn't know if it was real or not real. The blood was there, but it had it had preservatives and it's almost have come from a, from a vial, but there was nobody with the vial. But also the dude was guilty. He was obviously guilty. More evidence for OJ than there is for Tyler Robinson. I'd argue. And yet he was let off because of the defense's ability to basically just throw smoke in the air

37:08and confuse people about the evidence that was in reality extremely solid and factual and physical. So I think we'll see that pursuit being taken by the defense and we'll see how that goes, I guess. I guess we'll see how, yes, they'll find the 12 people in Utah that don't have a predetermined position on all of this. So those are the major trials going on right now. I just saw this sort of similar to the thing we saw earlier with the woman in New York being declared not guilty for killing her children during psychosis. Timothy Ray Jones strangled his five kids of death during schizophrenia psychosis. The jury only deliberated for two hours and he got the death penalty. So our system can work. I mean it works sometimes. That's how our system should work. Or we re or so I won't even go. Look, I'll just say we'll just play that video game. Should we just play that video again?
