About this episode
Hunter is a standout tight end in the NFL for the New England Patriots. Before making it to the league Hunter played college ball at the University of Arkansas. From there he was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, where he was able to share a locker room with legends like Phil Rivers and Antonio Gates. After five seasons in San Diego, Hunter signed with the Patriots and had a strong first season in Foxborough in 2021. Hunter was a fun guy to talk to. Lighthearted and easy to hang with but also serious and reflective about what matters most to him. I don't know if I can pull for the Patriots, but I'll be rooting for this guy on Sundays this fall. Above it all, he's an incredible man, husband, and father. and it was an honor to host him on the show.
