033: Are Your Stories Within Limiting You?

Where are you limiting yourself with thoughts and beliefs about who you are and what you're capable of? 

 

What do you tell yourself is just a character trait that you are defined by?

 

Recently, a client session reminded me of why I named this podcast Our Stories Within. This dear client came to me with her own stories that were limiting her: she didn't believe she was capable of doing what she wanted and leading in the way she desired, but boy was she wrong! 

 

It didn't take long for me to see that she was beautifully capable in the areas she thought she lacked. So what specifically was holding her back? What was the story that she needed to rewrite? And what limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck from living the life you want to live? Let's take a look!
