032: Receptivity - The Key to Manifestation and Creativity

Is life that which we make happen, or is it happening to us? Are we creating from a place of freedom and connectedness? Or from a default program of learned patterns? In this episode I share a simple and effective daily practice for turning attention and intention inwards; to be able to identify from what place within ourselves we are manifesting. Once we can manage our internal world, and open ourselves to the receptive mode, we can start to receive guidance and information from our inner being and become deliberate creators in our lives.
