3:02with the veterans and and being put into homes against their will. Yeah, that is something which is coming the a not the AI. I'm sorry, got AI on the brain at the moment. The VA, the VA is going to empower their attorneys to be able to forcibly commit a drug addicted or alcoholic veteran that might be within that system in order to get them into compelled treatment and what do you think about that overall? Well, I think we're looking at it sideways. I think that to get any kind of government assistance, you need to pass a drug test like I had to to work as a aircraft mechanic or a railroad engineer or even a school bus driver, you can pass a drug test to keep your job and get your pay. So I think that the VA, the veterans have earned a spot for treatment and it will improve their lives, get them off the street and it might not be what they want right now.

4:03But you know what? Three-year-olds don't always want what's best for them either. And if you look at somebody who's lost in addiction and alcohol, they're kind of like a three-year-olds and sometimes they need a little nudge in the right direction. All right, point well taken. So I don't know exactly what to call everything. But these things that are interacting with people and sometimes there are tragic results

5:04as a, you know, because of these interactions. What do you think about those people being being held liable for damages, as they programs a machine, it's not a person. Well, I had to understand though that the federal government seems to, and the world governments really seem to want this and they want it really bad. So I would figure that what you're going to see is that it's going to be like the new vaccine, okay? Yeah, yeah, I see, I hear what you're saying. Yeah, you know, this, this is all part of the agenda 21, 30, 40, 50. You know, it's, this is part of it, you know, taking, taking over our lives, making us have no, no ability to, to be cogent and make decisions and to actually believe what a machine is telling us and that we're going to have love. We're going to have, you know, I mean, it's sick. It's really, really, really sick. It is a bit, to my, but yet I can see the positive uses. I've used it in positive fashions to get information that would be,

6:05if taking me a long time to dig up on my own. So I, I see the positive sides of it, but I'm not sitting there talking to it and then not, and not having it. Different levels. The state of Oregon public education system puts a kid through school for 12 years. At the end of that, they give them a diploma that says they are intelligent and educated,

7:07and yet they can't read. They can't write. They can't thank. I think that's the perfect definition of artificial intelligence. Do you think that artificial, you know, there is actually talk about turning over a lot of education over to the so-called artificial intelligence? Do you think it could be any worse or it might even be an improvement? Well, I think it would be an improvement in one sense, and that it could instill a higher level of thinking on the students' situation. Well, the one thing is I guess we'd have to find out if the artificial intelligence in the education world would be unionized if they were paying union dues, right? Well, we'd have to see what the actual AI has to say about unions. I think they'd want to take control of the union. All right. First, you have to call away. Rangers here. And I've held this thought for all this time, and as I give thought to in the book of Revelation, it speaks of giving the ability to speak to the beast, the image that is built. And I'm seeing the reality of this real happening, because if a person is killed and his brain is preserved, hooked to a computer, he would have understanding of what's happening around the world at all times in every person. Well, I think the issue I have with all this talk about interfacing human brains with computers and almost like the singularity, I think there is a falsehood that is still pushed within the scientific world is that the soul is nothing more than what our brain cells are

9:12either storing or preserving or interacting with. I look at the brain as the, as the translator of the soul. And as far as I'm concerned, you know, the brain without the soul is nothing more than just a calculator with no instructions. That's all I had to look at. The soul is the, the personality of the person, the spirit is the aspect of the person, the part of the person that lives it for eternity. 12:16Is he asking Diana what she's wearing? I'm just curious. No, but if he's not, okay, about aliens, she can't comment. Oh, okay. I mean, there's certain questions that you can ask them and they just, they won't comment. Well, that's still fine. That does concern me. It doesn't that concern you just a little bit though? Well, it concerns me a lot. It concerns me a lot. Because I mean, if I'm going to call you, well, if I'm going to ask you something and you're a robot computer, I expect you to give me the answer. And when they can't, that's kind of scary. Yeah. Well, if you ask me though, at least you know, you're dealing with her with a non-robot here because it takes real biological intelligence to screw up like I do. Okay. Thank you for the call. 13:17about the voting in eight states. And I have a feeling that Oregon is involved in this when it comes to, uh, Hinky with the illegal immigrants. Now more with Bill Meyers. It is at the light to welcome back Hannah Davis, who is the investigation manager at the Federation for American immigration reform. Fair US dot ORG. And she ended up conducting an investigation. And I know you're going to be really shocked at this. But Oregon is part of the problem when it comes to illegal aliens voting in American elections. I know you'll be shocked about, well, maybe not. Hannah, it is a pleasure having you back on.

14:20Welcome to the show morning. Thanks for having me. Thanks for having me. Tell us about this widespread non-citizen voting because the one thing we're told, the one thing even our Secretary of State will say to bias read, you know, all this talk about, you know, non-citizens voting and it's a conspiracy. It's not widespread. There's no proof. We can't let you look at the ballots, though, not unless you have a lot of money, etc, etc. Tell us what you have found out in this investigation. Yeah, so we have fair. We see those headlines too when we wanted to do a report. And what we noticed is that there were eight states, one of them being Oregon, that have what we'd like to call a trifecta of policies. So they issue drivers license to illegal aliens. They have automatic voter registration. And then they also have mail-in voting. And what we noticed that is in these eight states through this policies that they have set up is that they've essentially created a pathway to the ballot for illegal aliens. And that these eight states in particular have widespread, chronic voter fraud happening in their states.

15:22And it's unfortunate, but it's not only just these eight states, though, it's a widespread issue across the nation where these states have basically placed convenience over legality. A challenge that you ran into is that, yeah, we certainly are part of that trifecta like you mentioned. And by the way, there are other states involved with this too. It's California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Vermont, and the state of Washington. We all do this, this kind of same thing. You can't help but notice that. But I know that there are several hundred non-citizens that were found to have voted in Oregon elections. Secretary stated to talk about that. But they've stopped looking and they say, okay, this is what we've done. And we fixed this and nothing to see and move on, but stopped looking. Do we know for sure are there receipts available on this, so to speak, in this investigation, or are they just claims? Well, there's probably going to be no receipts because the election officials in Oregon admitted that they don't know

16:22how these illegal aliens were registered. And they also don't know the number of aliens that have voted. I do know that recently, Oregon registered at least 1,700 non-citizen aliens to vote. And some of them had four passports when they went to go get their drivers licenses. And so, you know, the DMVs up in Oregon should not have even registered these individuals to vote. But when I did a bunch of records requests, Oregon was one of the states I targeted. I sent a records request to the elections division and to their Department of Transportation. And, you know, the Department of Transportation, the information they sent back was pretty revealing. It highlighted structural vulnerabilities in the state's automatic voter registration system. You know, they admitted to me that when the state classifies a person's citizenship status is unknown, they still present that individual with an opportunity to vote. And furthermore, they also admitted that they ask anyone who hasn't provided proof of citizenship if they want to register to vote. So, in my opinion, Oregon is inherently very vulnerable to these weaknesses,

17:22to these policies that they have implemented. They were one of the first states, I think, back in 1998, to implement mail-in voting, which means once these illegal aliens get registered to vote through the same database where they've gotten their license, they also get a mail-in ballot, which is inherently susceptible to fraud. The other thing that we do is that we don't clean the roles, but I don't know if any of those states are really cleaning the roles at this point, even though there is talk of this. What about, now, we had like more than a thousand, like you had just mentioned, they admit to this, but I kind of look at this, and I don't want to sound conspiratorial. But to me, it's like, this is just what they admit to. Would that be a fair way of looking at this without being too off the rails? That's exactly right. Like, for example, when I sent a records request to the elections division in Oregon, they delayed over and over and over. They pushed back the timeline, and then what they eventually gave me was public-facing information that wasn't needed for this report, and they said that anything that I needed is public knowledge. And that's just simply not true. These records request, you know, I was asking for documentation

18:26on how the agencies distinguish between citizens and non-citizens and their data flagging procedures, et cetera. And so what I've noticed is this systemic stonewalling, where states pass the buck. They say, you know, oh, we don't house those records, it's on the state level, and then I contact the state level, and they say, oh, it's at the county level, you know, or outright delays or denials, or these extremely high fees. Like, for example, in Colorado, they said that they would get me the information if I paid them $6 million. Or, you know, in Washington, D.C., or California, they would give me information, but it's all heavily redacted. And I think this opacity in and of itself is a story. Yeah, to me, yeah, there's a lot of smoke there, Hannah, awful lot of smoke, right? Yeah, it shows that these states, you know, they don't want to admit that they have no safe guards in place, or they don't want to reveal the weaknesses that are in their system. Well, to your point on the excessive amount of money, Jackson County was part of a lawsuit. I don't think anything really what happened with this one. But we had a couple of

19:28state senators that actually sued to be able to examine the actual ballots from an election that happened here a few years ago, and they were told by the county. And by the way, this was not the county wanting to do this. These were the rules of the secretary of state of Oregon that if you wanted to examine these ballots and you looked for irregularities, that you'd have to pay the county about a million dollars in labor because you'd have to hand go through every ballot first and make sure that there was no personally identifiable information on the ballots before you could actually examine them. Well, that's cost prohibitive. You know, for anybody just sell a million dollars, it used to be that you could just go and get a CD, a ROM of it or a thumb drive of it. And, you know, here it is. Here's all this information. So there seems to be a concerted effort to hide this from further scrutiny. That's exactly right. It's systemic stonewalling. I saw that when doing this report across numerous states, like I said, the election division in Oregon did the same thing. So I'm not

20:28surprised they're doing it to constituents that live there as well. But there are things, there are solutions to this. I hate to write a report and not present the readers with solutions. I mean, even one of them is the Save America Act. I know Trump, President Trump recently at the State of the Union address in front of millions of people referred to the act as a life-saving, country-saving measure. And he's exactly right. I mean, and what this act would do would require proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. And it also requires photo ID when you go to cast your ballot. So it's, it's common sense legislation. But, unfortunately, we've got these eight states, Oregon included that have just gone rogue. And common sense just doesn't seem to be so common anymore. Now, Hannah, what I'm kind of curious about here is I've talked a lot about the Save Act. And I like the, and I really do like the intent of this. And I think it should be past. My concern has been how it would actually be implemented in a corrupt state like Oregon, because I got a real ID last year and had to show the, you know, birth certificate.

21:28But Oregon and many states do not differentiate anything about citizenship when it comes to your real ID. So having a real ID is not enough to be able to prove your citizenship in this state. And I would imagine that a lot of people don't have passports or, or birth certificates. Just, Andy, I mean, I know you can get them. But the implementation, I could see being pretty serious. What do you think? Yeah. And even if you could afford one, there's, you know, usually at the timeline, massive delays, it can take months to get one. But fortunately, I mean, the real ID act is very explicit that it's for citizens and citizens only. I do know that states that issue drivers license to illegal aliens typically have some kind of, um, weights of flag on the license physically itself. Oh, they can. Oh, they can flag that because, uh, because the research that I was reading said that, uh, there's, you know, you look at the, uh, the real ID, you look at the ID doesn't say anything about citizen at all on it, but there's something digitally encoded in

22:31there someplace or it could be, well, not only, well, they're supposed to. It doesn't mean that they will, but not only digitally, but the license itself should say, you know, not for federal purposes. Um, and for my sense understanding is that a non-citizen alien can't get a real ID. They have to get some kind of other form of identification, but it doesn't help that all of these identifications, whether it be a real ID or just an ID that's not a real ID, they're all implemented and distributed through the same, uh, process, the same DMV database or Department of Transportation database. And so that is inherently going to make the system weak. Um, and, you know, these, these downstream effects where these people go and get their licenses and they have to basically self-attest that they are not or that they are a legal citizen. And then they take a voter oath and then they're registered to vote. And so basically this, this, this entire process changes on an individual telling the truth about their citizenship status regardless of what license they go in there to get. Yeah. So it ends up people getting registered to vote. Oh, yeah, absolutely. We have what I've termed a faith-based voting system. And, uh, you know, we can't necessarily

23:36have faith in what state of Oregon or California or Washington or whole line, Nevada, et cetera, fascinating, uh, report here. And how can people get a hold of this report and maybe, uh, push this around and maybe even talk to some of our local elected leaders in Congress, say maybe get off the, uh, you know, get off the stick when it comes to this save act. It really is a good thing. Yeah. You can find us at fair us.org or, you know, it's acronyms for Federation for American immigration reform. We're on all forms of social media. And the, the report is titled manufacturing the vote how anti-border states are harming election integrity. Do you have any way of maybe estimating what the electoral landscape might look like out in our states? If it truly was a clean voting system, do you know, do you dig into that or are you just looking at, you know, how bad it is in these various states? I didn't dig into that specifically for Oregon, but I do think that even if all non-citizen aliens were purged off of Oregon's

24:36organs inherently a blue state. I mean, I think that that's what they're going to be, you know, and it's kind of the essence of the Oregonians and what they've been doing. And you know, and, but that's not something I really dug into. Um, but I do know that even one issuance of, um, of a mail-in ballot to an illegal alien in Oregon is one too many. I do know that the sanctity of our elections should not be a partisan issue. It's foundational. And the Constitution has entrusted states, including Oregon with preserving these free and fair elections and they failed to do so. So federal oversight is not only justified, but imperative at this point. I'm thinking Hannah. This is just my opinion that the real reason the state of Oregon fights so hard to not have anybody look under the hoods of illegal immigration or illegal alien here is that I think it has to do with congressional seats. And I'm wondering if that's what this is really all about because as it is right now, people are counted just because they're here. Got a heartbeat. Yeah. And it counts towards you having all the number of, uh, of congressmen that you

25:39end up having in your state. That's exactly right. I mean, redistricting. And, you know, it's essentially, you know, they count these, these citizens and these non-citizens and it all plays a pull at all plays together. And it's ways elections because of the seats and how they're counted. So yeah, that's, I mean, that's why they don't want you to look under the hood as you put it. Yeah. That's a real problem because, you know, people are always writing all their past words and their address and their phone number and their social security number on the on the ballots. And we have we're the elections department. We have to protect people from themselves. As far as I'm concerned, if you're signing the signing the ballot, that's your problem. That's the way I would look at it. But oh, no, that is the well, the pretext for the secretary states saying you can't qualify. You aren't qualifying to look at it. Don't even look at it. Don't even think about it because someone's privacy might be violated. Yeah. I would advocate for having a notice on the ballot. Do not put any personal

41:44Mighty Oaks Foundation is an organization that deals with veteran suicide prevention and then veterans back 40 adventures deal with PTSD veterans. They take them out in the boonies and kind of commune with them. Yeah, kind of get them back to reality. Absolutely. They're all good. Hey, very good. So I want to get that information up here because it's we got a couple of months to go, but good time to sign up is right now. And this is the first annual sporting clays championship. I think offering help is one thing and forcing help is a whole different Bayley wick. Yeah. And there have been two ways of looking at it actually more than two really. It's what I'm, you know, getting from people. I can, I can understand that. But I'm out of veterans. So, you know, I'm not the one to get involved with this. But I thought I'd ask you and think about it. We're always welcome to talk about this and anything else you're doing over at the NCOA. Okay. But $500 sponsorship will allow a business to sponsor a station at this event. But it also entitles that business to sponsorship for the five K fund run and the bull for vets in October. So, what we're trying to do is if you got a business out there for 500 bucks, you can basically get promoted on our website on social media email blasts. And like today, we're talking with Bill on this thing between now and the end of October. So it's like six months of advertising for 500 bucks. It's a good deal and it helps a good cause. It helps deal with veteran suicide and mental health.
